  • HANNAH ALMOND BARR

    Hannah has been teaching & working in the yoga & wellness industry for over 10 years.

    With 600+ hours of training; her teachers include Dylan Ayaloo, Uma Spender, Sarah Lo and Laurent Roure. Hannah also managed yoga studios & was head of yoga at BLOK in London for 6 years.

    She teaches vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga as well as meditation and pranayama. Teaching yoga for Hannah is more about creating a community rather than simply creating a class. She strives to create an experience for you that you can take beyond the mat and expand into your truest self.

  • TAMARA KLIEN

    Tam is a dynamic vinyasa yoga & meditation teacher, ceremonialist and sound practitioner whose sessions are rooted in ancient healing techniques.

    She completed multiple trainings including a foundational 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training (2017) at Stretch in East London, Naad Yoga Training under Leo Cosendai (2019), Cacao Mama Ceremony Training (2020) and Mindfulness Meditation with Jack Kornfield & Tara Brach (2023/24).

    Tam interweaves movement, sound, stillness and ancient wisdom into whole being experiences.

    Kirsty has a background in fashion modelling and initially used yoga as a way slowing down what was a fast paced and demanding lifestyle.

    After completing her teacher training in 2020 she has used her passion and knowledge to deepen her physical practice and use the tools to navigate pre and post natal life.

    She now wants to focus on supporting the community and bringing joy through yoga teaching.
