Course Content

The essence of this sound meditation teacher training is rooted in the understanding that sound is a profound universal language that connects us all.

Through vibration and resonance, we experience our inherent connection to the cosmos, to each other, and to the deepest parts of ourselves. This training invites you to explore the ancient wisdom and modern science of sound as a healing modality and meditation practice.

This comprehensive training is offered with heart, expertise, and a spirit of exploration. Over two immersive weekends and live online lectures, you'll journey through both scientific understanding and spiritual tradition, developing practical skills alongside a deepened awareness of sound's transformative potential. This balanced approach creates a rich tapestry of learning that honours both analytical understanding and intuitive wisdom.

In this Sound Meditation CPD, you'll discover the sacred languages of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and percussion instruments — each with their unique voice and healing signature. You'll learn to create sound journeys that invite profound states of relaxation, presence, and insight. In our modern world of constant noise and distraction, these ancient practices offer a pathway to stillness, harmony, and renewal that is more essential now than ever before.

This training welcomes yoga/movement teachers and bodyworkers seeking to integrate sound elements into their offerings and dedicated practitioners drawn to deepen their relationship with sound as a meditative healing art.
